Negotiable Salary R 30 000 basic with benefits
Excellent in MS Office Software, Excel and Powerpoint
3-5 Year Expeirence as a Secretary.
- Working Experience as a Highly experience Secreaty or Executive Personal Assistant
- High levels of computer Skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Database management, Email, Internet Explorer)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organization and planning skills - Ability to multi-task; be pro-active and show initiative
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Excellent in Typing and documentation
- Full Executive PA duties
