Our client based in Rondebosch, Southern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking a Senior Secretary with at least 3-5 years.

 

Negotiable Salary R 30 000 basic with benefits

 

Min Requirements

Matric

Secretarial Qualifications  
Excellent in MS Office Software, Excel and Powerpoint

Excellent Communicator.

3-5 Year Expeirence as a Secretary.

 

Requirements:

  • Working Experience as a Highly experience Secreaty or Executive Personal Assistant
  • High levels of computer Skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Database management, Email, Internet Explorer)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organization and planning skills - Ability to multi-task; be pro-active and show initiative
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Excellent in Typing and documentation
  • Full Executive PA duties
